UMI NORI began with one simple idea: bring the beauty of fresh, hand-crafted temaki to the heart of Denver. We specialize in catering hand rolls — rolled on-sit — for events that deserve something different.
Our name says it all:
"Umi" means ocean.
"Nori" is the seaweed that wraps each roll.
Together, they tell our story — simple, bold, and made to share.
